Micro/Nano-technology with robust reliability design and VLSI

1. Outline

Micro/Nano DeviceReliability Lab. (DRL) is a laboratory aiming at micro/nano-scale transistorsand non-volatile memories with three-dimensional (3D) architectures. The maintarget is to extend "More Moore" technology with focus on the robustreliability design and to link "More Moore" with "BeyondCMOS" by defects engineering between traditional materials and new conceptmaterials.
